Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
The service
EASYMAILFORWARD receives messages addressed to configured aliases on verified domains and attempts to forward them to selected destination inboxes. It is not a complete hosted mailbox and does not guarantee acceptance by a destination provider. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and domains
You are responsible for account access, accurate information, and activity under your account. You may connect only domains you own or are authorized to manage. You must keep DNS and recipient settings current and promptly report unauthorized use.
Paid plans and renewal
Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled. Taxes or provider fees may apply. Failed or reversed payment may suspend paid features. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Lifetime access
A lifetime purchase is a one-time license for the lifetime of the offered service, not the purchaser's lifetime and not a guarantee that the service will operate forever. It covers the entitlements described at purchase, subject to fair use, these terms, and future changes required to keep the service secure and viable.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, rights violations, abusive traffic, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
Availability and delivery
We work to keep forwarding available, but DNS propagation, network failures, sender reputation, filtering, recipient provider rules, maintenance, and events outside our control can delay or prevent delivery. Keep independent copies of important information and do not use the service as the only channel for emergency communications.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment. We may terminate serious or repeated violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to correct the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be made for internet email delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EASYMAILFORWARD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service operator, without overriding mandatory rights in your place of residence. Contact support@easymailforward.com with questions.
