What the product does
After a domain owner adds the required DNS records, the service can receive mail for configured aliases and forward it to one or more destination addresses. Users manage domains, aliases, recipients, verification, and billing from one dashboard.
How we make product decisions
We aim to keep setup understandable, status information visible, and account limits predictable. We do not position forwarding as a complete hosted mailbox or promise that every message will bypass a destination provider's spam controls.
